Alvin specialises in providing training and consulting solutions in areas relating to organizational effectiveness and human resource development. Alvin has over 10 years of experience in an international business consulting organization as a corporate trainer and HR consultant, delivering client work across the banking and finance, public transport and the manufacturing sectors. Alvin has also held senior human resource development positions in several multi-national organizations before moving into consultancy.

Specifically, his work includes delivery of workshops and providing advisory services in management and leadership development, organizational development, team building and development, career and professional development, coaching and mentoring, performance management, productivity improvement and development of learning systems and culture.

Alvin is accredited to the Cambridge University International Examinations and the Wisdom Academy International Group in the use of the proprietary personal and management diagnostic instruments and profiles. He is also an adjunct faculty member to several renowned universities in the region.

Alvin holds a degree (with honours) in Economics from the University of London, a master’s degree in Training and Development from the University of Leicester and a doctorate degree in Education from the University of Hull.
