Daniel
is the Managing Consultant of Telic (Asia),
a regional management development, training
and organization consulting company based
in Singapore.
Daniel
has more than 16 years of international
commercial, management, management development
and consulting experience in Asia and Europe.
He has consulted to top-tier multi-international
organisations including Bloomberg, BP, the
Bank for International Settlements, Coca-Cola,
bioMerieux, The Royal Bank of Scotland,
EMC, Deutsche Bank and BUPA.

Prior
to his move into management consultancy and management
development work, Daniel held several leadership
and senior management positions in regional sales,
business development, systems consulting, new
business creation, product development and regional
customer support in Asia and Europe.
While
in the UK, Daniel joined a fast-growing management
consultancy based in London and Moscow as a Senior
Consultant, and specialised in change management,
corporate alignment, management development, business
advisory and executive coaching work.
The
type of work Daniel now involves in include organisational
effectiveness, leadership development and coaching,
team development, corporate alignment, change
management, sales management and customer relationship
management. In particular, Daniel has a special
interest in helping organizations harness the
linkages between their strategy, leadership capabilities
and the implementation of organizational changes.
Throughout
his career as a senior executive and management
consultant, Daniel has gained valuable experience
and insights into the following sectors: financial
and banking services, energy (oil and gas), information
technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare
and fitness, and the government sector.
Daniel
graduated from the National University of Singapore
and holds an MBA from the Warwick Business School
(UK). He holds a Captain rank in the Singapore
Armed Forces and is a qualified practitioner of
Insights solutions,
including Insights Discovery and Insights Transformational
Leadership.
