a Singapore based management development
and consultancy company with a regional
focus.
She
brings with her over 15 years of experience
working with individuals and organizations
to improve effectiveness, enhance fulfilment,
and create sustainable change and results.
An inspirational and engaging facilitator
and coach, she focuses on helping others
make courageous choices and intentional
changes.

Rina
has consulted with various organisations across
industry sectors and has extensive experience
working with senior leadership and HR teams in
Europe, North America and Asia.
Prior
to forming her own company, Rina worked with Saatchi
& Saatchi in their headquarters in New York
as Organizational Development Director where she
designed, directed, produced, and implemented
performance solutions for the network.
Her
experience also includes working in the UK with
a management development company called Centre
for High Performance Development (CHPD), designing
and facilitating leadership development solutions
for clients such as The Royal Bank of Scotland
(RBS) and Barclays Capital.
Prior
to leaving Singapore, Rina worked with Steve Morris
Associates (SMA), a Singapore leadership consulting
firm. At SMA, she consulted with organizations
and their leadership teams to enhance their business
performance through various management development
and employee engagement interventions. She frequently
led the design and implementation of customized
leadership development programs. Her clients included
Hewlett-Packard, Philips Electronics, National
Library Board, Media Development Authority, Oracle
Systems SEA, Microsoft Operations, Merck Sharp
& Dohme (IA) Corp. & Economic Development
Board.
Rina
is an Associate of Insights Learning & Development
and is licensed to use Insights tools within management
development programmes. She is also an adjunct
trainer and coach with The Center for Creative
Leadership (CCL).
Rina
holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge
in the UK and a B.A. in Social Sciences from the
National University of Singapore. In 2002, she
received her Master Coaching certification through
The Behavioural Coaching Institute.
